Domoney is a 59 years old Horticulturist, writer, and TV presenter. He was born on 26th March 1963 in Devizes, England, to parents Raymond Domoney (father) and Jean Domoney (mother).
With two siblings by his side, he spent his childhood surrounded by the beauty of nature and developed a passion for plants at a young age.
Growing up, he decided to turn his passion into a career and earned his horticulture certification from the Warwickshire College of Agriculture.
He then went on to further his studies at prestigious institutions such as Pershore College, where he received an Advanced Certificate in Horticulture.
Likewise, Domoney’s journey to broadcasting began when he took on the role of Marketing Manager at a nursery, which led him to join Texas Homecare and eventually opened the doors to the television world.
As he appeared on popular gardening shows like “Love Your Garden,” “Plant Doctor,” and “James Martin’s Saturday Morning,” his skills and expertise in the horticulture industry expanded, earning him recognition and multiple awards, including 30 RHS Medals, GIMA, Best Designed Product Trophy, RHS Most Creative Show Garden Trophy 2008 and more.

The famous gardener David is married to his wife, Adele Holdsworth. Adele is not just a devoted wife but also a coworker at her husband’s business, Domoney Ltd, where she manages accounts and is in charge of marketing.
Although the couple’s love story is unknown, it is evident that they have a close relationship and have created a beautiful life together. They are the delighted parents of three beautiful young children: a boy named Lance Domoney and two girls named Alice and Abigail Domoney.
The family has lived in an old cottage-style house in Alveston for more than ten years.
